Finance

1. Expiration date for the account

   There is no expiration date for Yunpian’s account.

2. Recharge method

   You can click "Online recharge" in your console for online recharge. If you want to manual transfer, please submit your document in "Finance" - "Offline Recharge".

3. Invoice

   We can provide the electronic invoice & normal invoice. For more details, please find it in "Finance" - " Invoice Application ".

Problems in usage

1. Testing

   You have 0.5 CNY in the initial account. You can test in "Chinese SMS" - "Test" or "International SMS" - "Test"

2. Do you have the multiple/batch send API?

   Yes. Up to 1000 mobile numbers can be send once.

3. can I send message to China mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom?

   Yes. We support China mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and International SMS.

4. What is signature?

   As the policy, SMS must be started with signature. It is your company or product name. The format is 【Company】.

5. Why the content is rejected?

   We have the system & manual audit. Any concerns, please contact with our customer service team.

6. Why I do not receive the message?

   Please check the delivery report first.

7. How to prevent verification code attack?

• Confirm the source for attack. Investigate which registered entrance is attacked.

• Basic precautions:

• Set limitation for the same mobile number. e.g. The same content can only be send once in 30 seconds to the same mobile number, no more than 3 times in 5 minutes.

• Set limitation for the same requested ip. e.g. You might consider a cool down period for an IP after it requested the SMS verification. This would not solve a distributed attack as indicated  but would to a large extent limit the effect of a single origin attack.

• Set limitation for the same handset or computer.

• Set the limitation for the same device.

• Add checking mechanism for the request

• Add the Graphic Verification Code in PC port and APP port. Logic: User can not get the verification code if then do not fill or fill the wrong graphic verification code.

• Add some other checking mechanism for the request. e.g. Check the version for APP.

• Set limitation for request resource

• Filter the registered request. Set limitation and filter the request from PC port and APP port. Most of the malware are in PC port.
  

8. When can I send SMS?

   Normally, no time limit.

Channel

1. What is the difference between VIP channel and normal channel?

   VIP channel is more efficient and stable.

2. How to apply for VIP channel?

   Click 'Setting'- 'Account Upgrade'.

3. Apply for VIP channel is free or not?

   Free. Please refer to your recharge package.
4. What are the requirements for applying an advanced user？

a. The registration time should be over 30 days and pass the enterprise qualification certification

b. Only captcha template/daily bill sends unstable in the background, which does not support upgrade

c. Templates in the background are in compliance with the latest audit standards

d. The verification code template url in the background shall be filled in the corresponding verification code link, and protective measures such as behavior verification/image verification shall be configured

e. Domestic SMS - SMS record - send abnormal record or request record page: the suspected bombing record should be less than 10 in the last 7 days

f. Special industries: Real estate/education/medical/finance/blockchain/agency companies do not support upgrading

Technical Support

1. I receive the HTTP response "Status 405 - Method Not Allowed". How to investigate this issue?

   The method is not supported. We only support the method POST now.

2. Any suggestion for sending high volumes of messages?

   You can use Multi-threaded.
